ABS Scooter Anti-lock Hydraulic Brake Limiter Cylinder
This is the Anti-Lock Brake System found on most Chinese scooters. It is actually an inline Hydraulic spring loaded limiter to reduce the chances of locking up the brakes. It is not like sensor driven modern ABS systems found in cars.
