This Key blank is custom made.  It will not have the nub on it that opens the doorway to to the ignition key hole, but it will work even to lock the steering.  Because the shoulder height is different, it has to be cut on a manual key duplicator, not an automatic one like found in most Home Depot's, Walmarts and other big box stores.

This key blank is used for the Vog 260, Tank Touring 250DE-08, Xingyue 260, NST-260-XY, MC-62-250, MC-62A-260 and all the other 250-300cc clones that look like the scooter in this photo.
